Food Sensitivity Testing
Many years ago, Lisa had digestive problems and developed a pain on her right side that was diagnosed as inflammation of the small intestine. In her own quest for better health, she changed her diet and tried living a healthier lifestyle, but it wasn’t quite enough. It was only after a food sensitivity test that she had the information she needed to avoid foods that were causing the greatest discomfort and inflammation. She is now uses the IgG Test with clients, and the results are often truly life-changing.
Cooking Classes
Preparing one’s own food helps us achieve our health goals, but it can be difficult to know how to prepare simple, nutritious meals. Lisa cooks either in your home or in her kitchen to help everyone from beginners to experienced cooks prepare food that is satisfying and delicious . A menu of dishes is tailored to your personal goals and food preferences. During classes, Lisa discusses the foods, their health benefits and specific cooking techniques. Classes typically last 1.5-2 hours.
All coaching, including cooking classes, can be done virtually.
